A group of students recently completed their Roughrider Area Career and Tech Center Firefighter 1 Academy that was led by the Dickinson Fire Department. We spoke to DFD’s fire instructor Jared Rhode and Dickinson Public Schools to learn more about this program.
A 16-year-old daughter of a local administrative fire chief is slated to break two glass ceilings at the SkillsUSA Championships in June when she puts her training and passion on display.
