First of all, we consider the hard work of President Trump in this effort because when this started out, you never know how its going to end up, but ended up with a very successful thing, not only for the president and ambassador light hausers work, but also for the american economy, farmer and manufacturing and businesses generally. I think its going to be a big boost to the economy. 176,000 jobses are according to the itc. About. 3 to. 4 of crime in our gnp which would be a 125 increase in our gnp. 64 billion investment, probably 34 billion of that in just automobile manufacturing alone. And its really going to be a big thing, but i think the best thing beyond usmca is the fact that it gives the United States and our negotiations with other countries, particularly china, great credibility in future negotiations. On december 13th, 2019, the senate received or the house of representatives received the bill to implement the usmca agreement. Under fast track rules, the committee cannot amend the bill.
