Medford native Michael Maloney releases January Hopeful

Michael Maloney is following his dream. And the former Medford resident has put out a new album about his journey through adulthood.
The album, titled January Hopeful, was released on Jan. 1. Maloney’s work was supported by donations from friends and family via a Kickstarter campaign that he created this past summer.
“[I] really didn’t expect much support,” said Maloney. “I mean, we’re all going through some difficulties right now with work and finances, [so] I was really blown away.”
