Congressman gave thus handwritten letter he sent to the unnamed woman congratulat ing her on a new relationship with a man. He met with the woman over ice cream last spring, a few weeks later, he learned she was accusing him of sexually harassing her and new up to the House Committee that he used to sit on until recently to decide if the congressman should pay back taxpayer fu you were on this ethics committee.
