Police got that teen to presbyterian where his condition is extremely critical. Meantime investigators are on two scenes in west philadelphia, one on simpson where shots were fired. A second on 60th and vine where that teen was found. Also too they are trying to figure out if this teen was the target or if he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Based on ballistics evidence we know at least eight shots were fired from semiautomatic weapons. We found eight spent shell casings on the highway in the 200 block of north simpson street. That single shot to his back, one of the many fired. 9 25 tuesday night, came report of the shots fired in west philadelphia, 19th District Police were dispatched. Upon Police Arrival they found a 14 yearold victim laying on the highway suffering from a single will gunshot wound to his back. Police transported him to presbyterian hospital.
