Well warm up even more tomorrow with highs in the 50s. A cold front will move into the region on wednesday. This will bring some rain showers. It will linger near or just off the coast into thursday. Meanwhile an area of low pressure will form off the coast and will push moisture back up against the front. This will cause some more rain. However, some of the area may see this wrap up as snow late thursday as the low moves monitored over the next day or two. It does not look anything like last weeks system. Next weekend looks great. Heres a shot from towercam 10 over downtown portsmouth and norfolk. The suns been out most of the day allowing that snow to melt quite a bit. The melting snow is helping vdot clear the roads in our area. Most of the interstates are dry across Hampton Roads. But, crews will be working nonstop in other parts of the commonwealth to clean up the stormy mess. The melting can be both a positive and negative for us right now.
