Man sentenced for breached non-molestation order in the Cotswolds A COTSWOLD man has been given an electronic tag and placed under curfew after he found guilty of breaching a non molestation order. Jamie Dyer, 30, of Tinkers Close, Moreton-in-Marsh, indicated a plea of guilty when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on March 9. Magistrates heard how between August 1 and August 20 last year, Dyer breached a non-molestation order by making phone calls to a person which he was prohibited from making. Dyer was given a two month curfew with electronic monitoring which prevents him leaving the house between 8pm and 7am. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £95 and pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
