A santa clara officer in an unmarked car pulled over the suspect car here at south wolf road and east El Camino Real. When the officer attempted to approach the car, he suddenly felt that the suspect was trying to run him over. During the stop of that vehicle, the vehicle then drove toward the officer, who was standing in the roadway, between him and the other vehicle, fearing for his life the officer shot at the suspect vehicle as the vehicle drove past him.
