Jamie Crompton, 34, was driving a black Fiat 500 when he was involved in a collision at the junction of Long Causeway and Albert Road in Farnworth shortly before 11pm on May 25. The vehicle collided with a silver Vauxhall Insignia, according to police. The scene of the tragedy has since been filled with flowers and tributes.
