West Ham have confirmed their interest in Jamie Clapham. Earlier in the week reports said the Hammers had enquired about the Town number three, although George Burley has denied that Town have received a bid for the player.
The list includes a new elementary school, an expansion of attendance centers, a sports complex, a Career and Technical Education facility and high-priority renovations, estimated between $106 and $132 million.
Town fell to another home league defeat, their second in a week, this time to Crystal Palace. The Blues went behind to an Andy Johnson goal but got on back on terms as Darren Ambrose headed his eighth goal of the season. However, Danny Butterfield gave the points to the South Londoners late in the day.
