Westmeath fattening land for auction
A 60ac block of good grassland at Ballinderry, Moate, Co Westmeath is going for auction on Friday 6 July at 4pm by James L Murtagh auctioneers.
The land is in one block, divided into three main fields.
It is set up for handling cattle. There is a gathering coral in the centre of the land which leads to a handling unit.
The farm has 200m of frontage on the Rosemount to Moate road and the guide price is €450,000 or €7,500/ac.
The auction will take place at the Greville Arms Hotel car park and it will also be live on LSL.
