Police arrested two more men in connection with the theft of an alleged drug dealer’s drugs, court documents stated.
Altoona resident James K. Ross-Johnson, 21, and 19-year-old Kyler Luckadoo, who has no fixed address, were arraigned Thursday by Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller on numerous felony charges, including burglary, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and aggravated assault, according to court documents.
On Jan. 21, Luckadoo and Johnson-Ross allegedly aided Jason Sanderlin, who was arraigned Jan. 30, in stealing marijuana from Dakota Holliday in the wee hours of the morning.
The theft was discovered by police when they acted on confidential information that Holliday might be selling marijuana, but a search of his home only yielded a small amount of the controlled substance, a criminal complaint stated.
