Its pretty clear for the day after the biggest snowstorm of the season. But just right over here just a few feet away you have half the sidewalk thats clear and half the sidewalk that isnt. And here in the same block just right across the street you have a sidewalk thats completely covered in snow. Imagine trying to attempt to get anywhere on sidewalks like this. People have tried. Reporter on october 20th a vick imwas able to give police a description of the suspect who attacked her in the 5800 block of annapolis road in cheverly. This vicious series of assaults began on september 8th with a rape of a woman walking on a wooded trail in the 5100 block of quincy street in bladensburg. Heres why police think all four Sexual Assaults are related. The proximity of the Sexual Assaults that took place, the fact that most of all of the Sexual Assaults occurred between 6 45 p. M. Bain of our existence today, wrecks, backups, drivers skidding all over the place in arlington. Many were blocked off because they had all that leftover ice and snow on them. Peggy fox joins us from arlington where now theyre getting low on salt supplies, peg . Reporter thats right. Its a good thing topper doesnt have more snow in the forecast because arlington is about to run out of salt. This is their only supply right here and because of those low supplies theyve been cutting back on the amount of salt they put on the roads and that might have had something to do with all the problems today.
