One is teatro was unanimously approved of the Planning Commission a couple of weeks ago i was present in case there were any related questions, which there was none. There was generally, i would say almost unanimous support through Public Comment for the development. That moves on to the next steps in this process. Also, the Land Use Committee has confirmed that the paper called landmark designation in north beach has been scheduled for land use at june 3rd. We will be presenting on your behalf. This legislation and the original intent was to prohibit tobacco flavours with fruit, candy and other flavours to entice being sold in stores and new amendments will create unnecessary, harmful exemptions. At this particular point, in terms of agenda items, commissioners, the only thing that came about was perhaps a briefing that is down the road from our City Attorney. I would just like a quick update on the program. An update on the Drone Program at the next meeting. We will take that in consideration and talk to chief nicholson and see where you can put that on the agenda and get that update. It doesnt have to be a separate item.
