VICTOR, NY The misdemeanor driving while intoxicated case against former Assemblyman Brian Kolb is expected to proceed in May.
A clerk for Judge James Mulley, the Penfield judge overseeing the case, said the current date for an evidentiary hearing will be May 6, at 10 a.m. This was rescheduled after an initial Oct. 27 hearing was postponed due to concerns around someone who had COVID-19 restrictions.
