Hearing set in Brian Kolb DWI case

A clerk for Judge James Mulley, the Penfield judge overseeing the case, said the current date for an evidentiary hearing will be May 6, at 10 a.m. This was rescheduled after an initial Oct. 27 hearing was postponed due to concerns around someone who had COVID-19 restrictions. On New Year s Eve, 2019, Kolb was charged with DWI after deputies said he crashed a state-owned SUV provided to him as Assembly minority leader into a ditch outside his Victor home.
