here today....they walked in aa police officers.. they walked out without their guns and badges... a group of police officcrs accused of being bad cops. cops. at the baltimore city police department.. officials, still reeling over allegations of corruption.. perhaps the largest recent history.. that now involves more than 30 police officers.(guglielmi) once the commissioner realized the extent of it.. he called in the fbi. ....in all.. 31 baltimore police officers arr now suspended. the department started those suspension hearings today at police headquarters. the officers, now stripped of their police powers and the charged yesterray are suspended without pay. (guglielmi) yesterday was a sad day for us. it was also a very happy day for us because identified some improprieties. we brought federal charges towards them.. they are innocent until proven guilty.. we hope it sends a very strong message. ...the federal complaint lists each officers name... along with two brothers
