Host this week, President Trump signed an executive order taking president obamas Clean Power Plant. Can you tell us exactly what this order does and how it is . Ant point, it this directed the Environmental Protection agency to start dismantling the Clean Power Plan. The Clean Power Plan was a regulation to reduce carbon plants, 32 rom power below 2005 levels by 2030. Theres a lot else in this order that was signed.
