Belgiums capital city is now all but locked down after massive security after the government warned the terrorists were poised to strike just as they did last week in paris. And the man suspected in the attacks in paris is believed to be on belgian soil. Reporter on the streets of Brussels Police and soldiers outnumbered the civilians, as the government raised their terror level high. It is a serious and imminent threat. Reporter that put the belgian capital on edge and on guard. There is less people out, that probably means terrorists are not going to bomb anybody. Reporter adding to those fears, Police Believe that somebody who may be the man who got away, salah abdeslam, believed to be the gunman who was shot here in the video. The shooting around 3 30 this afternoon off 18th street in between columbia road. Police confirm a man was shot and he was listed as unconscious. Homicide detectives were called to the scene. We dont know if the man is still alive, even if he was transported to the hospital. At this point, police are not telling us whether the shooting happened outside or inside the house.
