The night two senior agents were suspected of drinking and then driving through a crime scene at the white house. Senior political reporter scott thuman is in the newsroom with new information. Scott . Scott director clancy down played part of that incident that they allegedly hit a barricade with their car. They said it was one to two miles per hour. They didnt even knock it over. Because other officers let them go home, theres a lot of curiousity now over what the videotapes will show. However, director clancy facing some tough questions today as our camera caught him arriving for this here on capitol hill. Clancy admitted while some of the incident was caught on tape the recording before that main white house camera at that location, no longer exists. It has been recorded over and here is how he explained it. I know ive seen reports that the tapes have been erased. That is not the case. We dont have a system where someone can erase tapes, put their finger on a dial and erase it. But

Offshore off the ponds banks right there, but what authorities are still investigating tonight is why and how he ended up in the pond to begin with. A man went into this Prince Georges County pond this afternoon, but his neighbors never saw him come out. My family and friends recognized the lake and said hey, someone has been pulled from the lake. Do you know what happened . Reporter the townhouse another neighbor saw him this morning. Another neighbor saw him this morning. She saw him this morning walking their dog. Reporter a few hours later the man went into the pond, but First Responders still dont know why. What they do know is what freezing water does to someones body. When you go into cold water, that does certainly affect your muscle ability. Reporter the Cold Water Rescue Team was unable to spot the man from the shore, so they went in. Walking on foot into about waist deep water where they were able to locate in a short number of minutes an adult male, pulled him out. Reporter

Here comes the frontal boundary. That will trigger a solid line of showers and storms starting from hagerstown west of i81 by 3 00. The red and orange are big time storms from around i70 southward through howard and montgomery county, temperatures upper 70s to theyre 80. The more sunshine we get tomorrow near 80. Officer charged with murder. Michael slager joined the force six years ago. Personnel records show a complaint against him two years ago for improper use of force with a taser. Slager was exonerated but the man who filed the complaint and his attorney spoke today about what they call a systematic problem within the police department. We believe that as the citizens start listening were going to uncover other instances of where there have been aggressive behavior. Reporter investigators and the public continue to scrutinize cell phone video of the shooting. One big question why does slager appear to retrieve an object from the ground near where the shots were fired and drop it by scotts body . The scott family attorney believes that object was the taser slager initially used to try to subdue scott. He then took that back to where mr.
