TALLAHASSEE A pair of FSU quarterbacks, a two-time women’s soccer player of the year and the unanimous 2021 men’s collegiate golfer of the year highlight 70 Florida State student-athletes spread over all 20 sports who will receive degrees during spring commencement exercises this weekend in Tallahassee. Current Seminole quarterback Jordan Travis and 2013 Heisman Trophy winner and New Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston will receive bachelor’s degrees during the Saturday morning ceremony. Back-to-back Mac Hermann trophy winner Jaelin Howell is already playing professionally and cannot attend the ceremony, but last year’s Jack Nicklaus, Ben Hogan and Fred Haskins Award winner John Pak is taking a break from the professional tour to march. “Our student-athletes have the goal of obtaining their degree set in front of them from the moment they are recruited.
