At least 12 before killed and dozens injured. Speaking from the philippines this morning president obama sent his condolences to the victims and says federal officials are on the ground to help. Besides the tornadoes the powerful storm system produced high winds and heavy rains from texas to kentucky. This morning the system is headed east.
