Now the Water Department asking for everyones patience and understanding during this time. They know this is the time of year for water main breaks like this one that happened here along caster avenue at raun recently. This was one of more than 175 water main breaks so far this year. Those issues have been popping up in manayunk, center city, no neighborhood is immun. To put this is immune. To put this in perspective, with another half of month to go, this january has been much, much worse than last year at 175.
