Morning. Starting off on the vine street expressway where were monitoring a disabled vehicle over in the right hand shoulder. You can see that not interfering at all with the roads. Two minutes headed eastbound from the schuylkill towards 95. Right around third street. Cant see the westbound lanes but they look pretty much identical to the scene as well. No problems heading into center city area. 95 or the schuylkill expressway and the blue route looking great southbound up towards 95. For mass transit we did have a rough week with mass transit.
