This is a very rare thing for many parts of the northeast and Hurricane Maria is making its way toward the Leeward Islands which includes barbuda and st. Martin, both hit very hard by irma. There have been a number of projections as to where maria will go next, but most forecasts have the system passing over puerto rico, the Dominican Republic and haiti, and the hurricane is also expected to gain strength.
