Falmouth police hoped to charge this guy with attempted murder denied by the court but he does face six serious charges including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. That weapon suspected heroin. 38yearold russel pena of falmouth allegedly attacked two Police Officers after a drug bust by tossing hidden heroin at them will bag of narcotics from his anal cavity and assaulted two officers with the narcotics.
