David milbourne is in custody right now. This is david milbournes mugshot. Hes charged with making terroristic threats and harassment. Concerns came from expletive posts on instagram and facebook pages which the poster said he had a gun buried under a house and trigger happy. Instead of threatening, come forward and speak to the Police Station tell them whats going on how you feel. Reporter he showed what Police Identified as the threat to people in chester. There is no excuse. And im glad they got him.
