A major storm dumped between 4 and 9 inches of snow on Sunday, about a week after another snowstorm dropped at least a foot of snow around the state. The forecast calls for about 1 to 2 inches of snow Tuesday along the coast, with up to 4 inches possible across central Connecticut.
