Manheim Township commissioners Friday unanimously approved a $4 million deal to settle a class-action lawsuit that centered around fees the township charged for connecting new construction to its water system.
When: Mount Joy Township supervisors meeting, Oct. 30. Supervisor Debra Dupler was absent. The meeting, originally set for Oct. 16, was rescheduled due to a lack of quorum.
