ryan, he s not a candidate. that doesn t mean, we should point out, he can t be drafted. reporter: that s right. last night a few reporters and myself had a stake-out in paul ryan s office, followed him as he was leaving the capitol and kept peppering him with questions about whether or not he was going to run for speaker. he said look, i m going to point to my statement, my answer is the same. it was a soft no. it wasn t a firm no. paul ryan last night and this morning has had ample opportunities to walk in front of the camera and say i will not take this job, i am not a candidate, and he has yet to do that. so until he does that, until he explicitly said i do not want this job, i will not be drafted into it, i will stay chairman of the ways and means committee, speculation will continue to center on him. the entire house gop conference right now is in a holding pattern. they had a meeting at 9:00 a.m. there is some conservative anger at boehner for delaying the speaker s race after
after a few days, we hit pay dirt. we got videotape of the suspect, nicolas felix, talking to the informant about the crime. it wasn t great quality but it was as good as we re going to get. smoking their meth. he talks about he took them at gun point. he tied them up like this and like this and shows basically binding their hands and feet. put them in the bag, put them in the trunk of the car and like ten hours without the air. oh [ bleep ]. i like when he says, yeah, they were in there like ten hours. they couldn t get no air so they died. pretty smart, huh? that tape was worth its weight in gold as far as evidence in the murder. it wasn t a matter of whether or
yourself. don t give up your power. god created you for more than this. and to hear that and it wasn t a messaging about god. i m a preacher s child. i grew up in church hearing about god. it was the purpose driven message, a message that spoke to worthiness that i had very little of self-worth at the time about what i was to do and what i could do and how i could do other things while still incarcerated had not been spoken to me, brooke, at all. so here she is, you haven t even met her. here s this voice telling you to want to live, to have the will to live. you end up knowing her off and on behind bars between 06 to 2013. and here she is this is the day before she is supposed to be executed on georgia s death row. she is someone who apparently,
a big bump for a candidate struggling to breakthrough is their take but you are saying that cuts both ways. absolutely. and you have to be able to go in. it is their show and you are still a guest. and you have to look, i think i think hillary clinton did a very good job on ellen of that balancing act of being fun and trying to dance and playing along yet still being herself and talking about issues that matter. and that is who do you think is best suited for this? well i thought hillary did well. it wasn t a performance that got a lot of tail on social media. but it was a great demographic audience for her. really the base that was there. i thought jeb bush was the candidate given the best opportunity this week but debate make much of it. it was frankly a lackluster
receiving when she was in charge there. so, you know, it s definitely possible that it could be a few different places or locations. and to put in the point it might have been somewhere else she might have used cloud based services which put email in larger infrastructures that can support that type of email. i guess i would think that the basement at her chappaqua house secret service would be better than someone s bathroom closet in colorado. all right. suppose i have 200,000 emails can t i you have a server in my home to support that. absolutely. that s what doesn t make sense about this whole story. if you look at the email it s not like she is running a full corporation and business where she gets hundreds of thousands of emails a day and require server firms and massive data serve isers. this is email infrastructure that supported her, her campaign, you know, folks that were on her staff. it wasn t a full fledged business so she wouldn t really need a large infrastructure to
