russian forces have again targeted ukraine s energy facilities, leaving part of kyiv and other cities with no power and water. an aide to president zelensky has said the situation across ukraine was now critical. cities across the country were targeted. in the city of dnipro, a large energy facility was destroyed and officials and street lights will now be turned off. this is the damage left after an attack on the city of mykolaiv in the south of the county. say streetlights. the russian defence ministry showed these pictures earlier today of missiles being fired from air, sea and land. but the ground war in ukraine is not going all russia s way. the russian general recently appointed by president putin to take charge of the attack on ukraine has said preparations are being made to evacuate people from the city of kherson. general sergey surovkin has admitted that the situation on the ground is tense and quite difficult. let s cross to kyiv now and speak to the washing
