Right now there are officers from other Police Departments standing guard until Sergeant Scott lungers casket leaves the chapel of the chimes in hayward making his way to oracle arena. The loss of Sergeant Scott lungers life has touched so many include those who did not know him but want to thank him for his service by leaving cards and flowers outside the Hayward Police station where there is a growing tribute. Feeling Compassion Community in mourning. Really, loving feelings this man projected. Good, good person. Very humble. Very sound values. Someone you really need to be around. Under the surface you do not know these people from daytoday because they are not so visible.
