MORE thefts of vehicle parts have taken place in Rhyl amid a spate of incidents. North Wales Police has received reports of another four thefts of catalytic converters in Rhyl. The incidents took place on March Road, Gwynfryn Avenue, Victoria Road and Russell Court. The thefts come after catalytic converters were stolen from two cars on Russell Court and Vale Road on April 20. Two vehicles in Prestatyn, on Chapel Road and Irene Avenue, were also targeted on April 25. An officer tweeted on the Community Safety Central page: I have been out this morning in Prestatyn and Rhyl applying smart water to various catalytic converters. ENGINE parts have been stolen from vehicles in Prestatyn as part of a spate of thefts.
