Vikas Sharma stated in complaint that he had planned a trip to Coorg in Karnataka from June 7, 2019 to June 11, 2019 on May 29. He had booked a 6.10 am Air India flight from Delhi to Bangalore.
In a three-page statement, the association said that from the provisions in the revised structure, it was clear that there was a concerted effort to gut the unions and isolate pilots into individual boxes where they can be exploited and victimised at will by the HR department.
