Huang Bocan, 29, another man, Lim Peng Tiong, 62, and a woman, Chee Mei Wan, 41, may also have their current charges upgraded, including to capital ones, the court heard on Tuesday (June 15). They are each currently facing a charge of voluntarily causing grievous hurt to Ms Huang Baoying, 19.

Advertisement Advertisement He claims negligence by the association in the way they handled investigations and publication of allegations against Lucas, and alleges that their actions led to Lucas suicide when the association and its members knew of Lucas mental condition and risk of suicide.
