$4 billion a day. that is a whole lot of debt. how does congress tackle this one? i think there is no doubt they ll have to raise that ceiling. i think even republicans are acknowledging that fact. i think the question is, as we were hearing what, will be cut and are they going to come to some agreement when it comes to the budget? i think they will, when it comes to judicial nominations and whether we re going to fill in judicial vacancies, we heard chief justice roberts, when it comes to significant policies, i think we ll have gridlock because we have a republican party right now that s a line for conflict. you have more than a dozen potential presidential nominees within congress and outside. we re going to be trying to influence policy. you have a fight for the leadership of the republican national committee right now that s beginning to get nasty. then again, you have the intracaucus on the house republican side. we ll have to see. julie: what kind of budget concessions will
