The woman said the same thing that her thoughts and prayers are with these two men. As far as the taxi driver, we dont know how fast he was speeding. We do know that he was not traveling with a passenger in the backseat of that cab. But we dont know his status or how old he is. That is something we are waiting to learn. One thing that is a good report for them is that the woman who saw them take place that said the two men were hit and the taxi driver came to a stop.
