I will start with some good news well, first of all, i will start with thinking our witnesses for being here and thanking them for their service to our country. Further service to the country. Both served their country in various capacities for a long time, not an easy thing to do. I appreciate that and look forward to continuing to work with you. Unlike last year, we have a budget agreement, and last year we spend a lot of time talking about how difficult it is to run while anything in the government but certainly the department of defense without Appropriations Bills in a timely manner. Last year we were off by 3. 5 months, Something Like that thats better than drifting into the next year. We did get appropriation bills done by december of last year which gives some predictability to the department i think that is enormously important. This year we hope to come a little closer to october 1 certainly on the authorizing bill that also the appropriation bill but most importantly, we hav
In the house impeachment inquiry. No president in history has ever done anything like this. Many president s have expressed they couldnt do anything like this. President trump did not take these extreme steps to hide evidence of his innocence or to protect the institution of the presidency. As a career Law Enforcement officer, i have never seen anyone take such extreme steps to hide evidence allegedly proving his innocence. And i do not find that here today. The president is engaged in this coverup because he is guilty, and he knows it and he knows that the evidence he is concealing will only further demonstrate his culpability. Notwithstanding this effort to stonewall our inquiry, the house amassed powerful evidence of the president s high crimes and misdemeanors. 17 witnesses, 130 hours of testimony combined with the president s own admission on phonecalls and Public Comments confirmed and corroborated by hundreds of texts, emails and documents. The only difference is that there were democrats who joined republicans in the impeachment process because they thought it was a cut and dry violation the lying about the section act. It was one count of perjury about lying about the sex act. You said there was a little more
Captioning performed by vitac through our cloudbased shared service platform, its a fed ramped cloud where we get the sensors out for those small and micro agencies and feed that data rather than into individual dashboards at their sites, feed it up into a fed ramped cloud where each agency has their multitenant dashboard. Thats been a great accomplishment for the program in terms of for the first time were getting near realtime visibility of those smaller micro agencies and helping them get the capabilities they need to protect their Critical Mission systems. One of the early wins for the program, once we were getting automated discovery capabilities out to the network, we were able to see on average across the federal government that there were 75 more assets than what were being reported up manually. So from that measurement we want to continue to build on that. Now we have all of this vulnerability information feeding up to the Agency Dashboard summarized up to the federal dashboar
