What kind of punishment are we talking about . Because theyve had a personal conduct policy in place since 20007 that calls for action and being proactive for a lot of these things. But where they have really screwed up is the enforcement of that. Actually, being punitive. So, i think we need to see what steps theyre going to take in the future.
