Hughes, who grew up on the streets of bay view, has found shes no longer welcome as she lives in her van. And the Community Members yell at me not to park there, to move away. They treat me as if im less than human. I wish they could understand that i dont want to live in my rv or have to park there either. Reporter city supervisor brown talked about how she grew up in a van on the streets. As a child of 13, living in a van, theres a lot of struggles.
