I dont think you have quite the political environment we do right now but surely you must have the same sense of general interest in how canada plans to go forward and again strategically where canada wants to be in terms of its role in the world and how to underwrite that with military capability. I dont know what they are afraid of. They have 55 votes. This is not the way the senate used to operate. My members that the price of being the majority is that you have to get the minority roots votes to get the bill across the floor.
