We have a total of eight regional polls in our search for Michigan’s Best Vacation Spot, and we want you to vote for your favorites. The deadline to vote in our polls is 11:59 p.m. Friday, April 30.

Summer is quickly approaching, and we are ready to get out there and embrace all the best things this season has to offer across Michigan.
We asked our MLive readers to share with us their favorite vacation places in Michigan, and got over 130 different spots nominated. Lakes and rivers, charming small towns, and state parks all got a nod. Some suggestions were incredibly specific, like the top of the ski jump at Pine Mountain in Iron Mountain. Others were general in nature, like the nomination we got for “anywhere on Lake Michigan”.
