Befitting their status as the celebrity interior designers known as the Novogratz, Robert and Cortney Novogratz selected a 1931 Spanish Modern villa in the Hollywood Hills famed Bird Streets enclave once home to Elizabeth Taylor and Katherine Hepburn, as the location for their home and its subsequent rebuild.
Advertising agency Fallon and its sister agency Publicis Sapient looked to the hip North Loop neighborhood for a space, settling on a four-floor expanse in a former Western Container building. Then it picked Studio BV to turn its 36,000 square feet into a home.
