People who live in town describe it as normally quiet, but after seeing Police Dash Cam video of this white car whipping down winding streets, swerving into the wrong lane, and flying through red lights and intersections am really shocked. Pelham is a quiet town usually. Chase ensues. The subject driving the car was definitely accelerating and driving in a dangerous speed.
