New Delhi [India], March 12 (ANI/NewsVoir): Dr SK Chaudhary, Chief Managing Director - IRCON was recently conferred with the coveted Industry Doyen Award at the 12th CIDC Vishwakarma Awards 2021 held at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
He was awarded for his exemplary leadership in the infrastructure sector. Dr Chaudhary has been associated with IRCON for about 23 years in various capacities. His extensive knowledge including national and international experience in the field of infrastructure projects, including highways, railways, airports, bridges, etc. have led him to become one of the most sought- after infrastructure leaders of the country.

NEW DELHI: At a time when the lucrative legal profession is attracting nearly two and half lakh students to pursue LLB degree in over 1,000 law colleges every year, there is a dire need for trained law teachers.
The Bar Council of India (BCI) took the initiative to set up India s first law teacher training institute - Indian Institute of Law (IIL) - in collaboration with Kalinga Institute of Industrial Training (KIIT) at Bhubaneswar, a move that drew praises from three Supreme Court Judges - Justices U U Lalit, B R Gavai and V Ramasubramanian. Justices Lalit and Gavai would become CJis in the next few years.

The Bar Council of India Trust (BCIT) and city-based Kalinga Institute of Industrial Training (KIIT) have come together to establish Indian Institute of Law (IIL), a first of its kind institute for continuous education for legal professionals in the country.
Foundation for establishment of the IIL was laid here with Supreme Court judges Justice U. U Lalit, Judge, Justice B. R. Gavai, and Justice V. Ramasubramanian hailing the initiative.
