Indian intelligence sources have revealed that pro-Khalistan elements in Canada are recruiting and radicalizing Punjabi youths through a network that sponsors visas for medium-skilled jobs, including religious duties in gurdwaras they control. These youths are brought in under false pretenses and end up involved in the separatist movement, organizing anti-India protests and radical-religious congregations.
