In a shocking incident, a Delhi man has been arrested at Indira Gandhi Airport for allegedly masturbating on-broad IndiGo flight from Hyderabad.
The incident came to light when a 44-year-old woman complained against a 56-year-old co-passenger from Rohini. The woman said that the man was sitting next to her when she saw him unzip his pants and masturbate.
