The new residential building is replacing a sevenstory garage whose entrance was at 75 howard and only address will be impacted as there are no other buildings on this block. This compliments the bike lane on howard, and dropoffs will occur. There are other examples of town that sorry. There are several letters of support in the packet from the neighbors including the stewart Street Hospitality association. This went through the port process under jurisdiction and it passed unanimously at the port on december 10th of 2019.
