Operationally ready national servicemen (NSmen) will soon be able to fulfil their annual fitness training requirements from their homes through virtual workouts.
The Ministry of Defence (Mindef) announced yesterday that the virtual sessions, conducted over a video-conferencing platform, will be added to the NS Fitness Improvement Training (FIT) programme launched this year.
