Maybe there would be some tweaks more livable for more people and maybe some of it is taking apart the various items brought up here discussing them going with the things where there was consensus around and taking those apart. Im not trying to be difficult but i think its important theres an entire political process and thats what the government is all about and if it is the decision stand then why do we exist and why does the public come out so i want to to balance that out its not a lack of confidence but sometimes being on the street or being in a place is a little different is a little different than observing from the outside. Id like to suggest an amendment that is the amendment would be to avoid what director breed is saying like it just goes nowhere [laughter] that we direct staff to come back in a month to have substantial conversations with the folks here today about the concerns they raised and report back early january about specific points that have been made. Definition of fair neutrons for apartment workers not just any job in jobs are different from apartment workers thats the hours with the same qualifications with the same type of job i think the office of lash enforcement will have to look at it but thats my understanding the employer could offer that to a different working but the same qualifications and experience levels that apartment worker should have the right to those hours not a temp worker or someone to create nor apartment workers when many of the apartments workers need those hours to pay and support their family. I totally appreciate that again, i question around a fulltime person does that go to permeate people thats not the staffing model what with it looks like this is my question.
