minute? this is very unusual. everything about the case is unusual, but not unprecedented. this happens from time to time. prosecutors and defendants believe they reached a plea deal. they have paper work ready to go, have a plea hearing scheduled. then something goes awry. maybe the defendant gets cold feet, a provision isn t drafted properly. the judge said, i m not ready to do this. you guys have more work to do. come back in a couple weeks. this particular issue, i ve never seen an issue like this throw a wrench in the works, because it is a legal issue, the scope of the immunity provision. i m surprised the lawyers didn t have a very clear answer to this question. but, you know, generally speaking, these things do tend to get back on track, and i would expect to see that happen here. this issue of blanket immunity, this is not a small issue. you would expect lawyers for biden and prosecutors would
